"職員非常友善 當天因為到達早於check-in時間 所以去了前台先寄存行李 當時職員(忘了名字是‘令田’還是’令吉)告訴我們很樂意幫我先寄存，還說為我upgrade了住在高層(因為我預訂時有remark是為伴侶慶生) 營造了期待感 晚上去check-in的時候，職員井手亦是彬彬有禮 上到房間還有生日禮物，十分驚喜，而且房間的空間感，在日本來說亦算比較大，有小梳化和bar枱，洗手間空間感算闊落，景觀是看到飛機起落，最後check out職員也很熱情！會推薦這間酒店給朋友！"

"The area around the hotel is very quiet and peaceful, and there are two nearby transit stations. The monorail provides convenient access to Haneda Airport. The breakfast setting is distinctive, and the food is refined and delicious."

"Everything was good except some of the staff's attitude. For example, one of the staff at the concierge. She could do with a smile than a smirk. Overall, didn't feel she wanted to help. This was on 25Feb at around 9:30am. "

"裡面的備品很完善，且還是有機成份，到羽田機場有接駁車可以搭到飯店來回，班次也很多，也能在飯店內俯瞰整個橫濱，夜晚很美，房間屬工業風，還有可以泡湯，很推薦"
