Shinjuku Granbell Hotel
"I have stayed at this hotel twice. On this visit I was disappointed at the lack of service and disinterest. I could not understand their lack of willingness to help. The hotel is tired and showing signs of age and lack of investment. There are better hotels in the area in the same price bracket."
