"This was a very lovely hotel. The rooms were very spacious by Japanese standards, and more than acceptable by American ones where we are used to larger rooms. This included having a small couch to sit on, tables, nightstands (not that common based on my 12 nights in Japan), etc. The bathroom was exceptionally nice, with a "wet room" for both the shower and tub. There was a fridge, but not a microwave which is pretty typical for Japan (only one of my rooms during my stay had one). My only reservations were that the halls were kind of dark - a decorator's choice rather than a problem - and that I missed the announcement for the shuttle I was planning to take (even though I was sitting in the lobby), so had to take the next one. Not a problem as I had plenty of time before taking the shuttle to the airport, so I just hung out in the nice lobby. Oh, and you have to walk a little bit to find a restaurant, but if you do you will find "real" Tokyo, not tourist Tokyo or bland business areas. Take some of the smaller side streets and you will get into real neighborhoods with interesting places to see and shop and eat or just sight see."

"We, 2 adults, stayed in the North Tower. It is a basic room which suited us perfectly as our intent was to spend our time exploring Tokyo, not at a hotel. The staff are welcoming, helpful and courteous at all levels- the front desk, the breakfast room and housekeeping. The hotel is across the street from Shinagawa Station which is convenient not only for travelling to all parts of Tokyo but also catching the Shinkansen to & from Narita, or for side trips to Kyoto, Hiroshima, and so on. The staff also stored our unnecessary luggage while we made the side trips. This allowed us to travel easily without lugging all our bags for the side trips. We first stayed at this hotel 2 years ago in Oct. 2024 and when we returned this Oct., the breakfast lounge manager recognized us and greeted us warmly. We will stay at this hotel again when we return to Tokyo."

"We booked the executive twin room for our family of 4 for our final night in japan. It was a really large room with a lounge area and walk in wardrobe. The room was so comfortable and luxurious. However our only complaint would be that the 2 beds were a bit small for 2 people and the pillows were either too soft or firm - but we were only there for 1 night. Our rate included complimentary bar fridge and access to the onsite onsen. The Osen was an absolute god send after our exhausting 2 week trip exploring Japan. We didn't expect to use the Osen as we aren't used to the idea of going nude in a public space but we did it any way and it was an amazing experience in the hot springs. We would definitely stay there again if we had an early flight out of Tokyo in the future"

"Clean room, very elegant. Amazing views looking over the train tracks. Friendly staff. The location is on the train station with a mini shopping district with food and Starbucks but being new to the area, it very hard to find the hotel via Google Maps. One of the local stores made printout to help lost foreign like me who always end up at their store thinking its the hotel."

"We found this to be a quite nice hotel located in terminal three of the Haneda airport. The breakfast buffet was well above average. I would recommend.. The hotel room itself is average for Japanese standards. Not as tight as some, but probably right around 200 to 225 square feet. We had an odd number room on the seventh floor, which offered us a nice view of Mount Fuji. The airport itself is one of the most interesting I have visited and I’ve been to many all over the world. It’s while laid out with numerous restaurants and an outdoor observation deck that is quite large with many places to sit and watch planes, land and depart. Our next trip to Tokyo, we will be staying at this hotel like we did on this occasion. We arrived a day early to the airport because we knew it was an event in itself and flew out the following day. Slippers robes and several other accouterments were complementary."
