"Our stay at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa was excellent from start to finish. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and felt like a quiet escape from the busy parts of Tokyo while still being incredibly convenient to Shinagawa Station and transportation. The Japanese gardens were stunning, especially at night, and made the hotel feel very special and relaxing.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally polite and helpful. We especially appreciated how easy it was to access both the city and the airport from this location.
Overall, this was the perfect hotel for our Tokyo stay and we would absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a more serene and upscale experience in Tokyo."
