Everything was great. Do keep in mind that their airport shuttle only leaves in mornings, so if your flight is later in the day or evening, you have to find your own ride.

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Not a great location as very noisy, dirty and didn't feel that safe. Red light area of Shinjuku. Only stayed due to running the marathon, but next time would stay at the Hotel Gracery Asakusa for the whole trip.
