「We arrived in the hotel early and left our luggages to the hotel staff. When we got back our luggage in the evening, one of the suitcases was apparently damaged. 「Facade looks great like reception and front room/restaurant. However, reception staff not engaging at all. Contacted the hotel for a request as celebrating a special day but no response nor from the reception when checked-in. Room is dated and dusty - cupboards/wardrobe has been forgotten together with the skirting boards on the hallways. Breakfast is appalling. Hash brown tasted like fried from an old oil with varied flavours. Food was not topped up. Enquired for a top up for a croissant but...
