“Overall, our stay was very good, though there were a couple of issues that affected our experience. The room itself was lovely, the complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff were kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. One disappointment was the swimming pool, which was extremely cold — uncomfortably so. My daughter and I both attempted to use it, but we were unable to stay in for more than a few minutes because of the temperature. The biggest issue during our stay……

“Charged extra for the wheelchair accessible room for the convenience of it being first floor and having a direct drive up access. The drive up access doors however are too high for a wheelchair to access. Also told the roll in shower was a premium upgrade and it was in fact very nice however the height of the bed was so high that a wheelchair user is not able to get into the bed independently. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The extra charges……

“Beds were really comfortable. Fridge , microwave and coffee maker in the room . You could hear every little sound from the hallway. Complementary breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Bathroom unfortunately was cramped. Toilet was really low to the ground. Bathtub was very slippery and if they don’t want someone falling and suing them I would suggest they put some anti slip on it sooner rather then later. Overall a good experience for the cost.”
