"Clean and well-maintained. Was not a big fan of the shower pressure, nor was my roomie. They also had some kind of egg/potato concoction as one of the breakfast options. Take a pass. It looks, and tastes like someone’s leftovers. They also had other options, but that one stood out for how bad it was. Very friendly staff. Did not get a chance to check out the pool this time around. It’s also right around the corner from the Kwik Trip, if you need, like anything. No bugs or anything that I noticed. Seemed clean and well-maintained. Slightly dated, however. Could use a few upgrades, but still a good deal for a night on a Packers game weekend."

"While our room and the hotel itself were thoroughly clean, our overall stay fell short of expectations. The bed was a bit too soft for our comfort, and the complimentary breakfast was a letdown—many items were out of stock, leaving mostly carbs and rubbery eggs. Navigating the self-serve coffee station was also a struggle because there was only a single coffee carafe available for the entire hotel. The biggest disappointment, however, was the customer service regarding check-in. Knowing I had a wedding to attend at 4:00 PM and that regular check-in wasn’t until 3:00 PM, I called weeks in advance to request an early arrival. The staff was completely unaccommodating and gave a flat "no." Yet, when we arrived just 30 minutes early, we were told we could access our room—but only if we paid an additional $25.00 fee. Given that the base rate for this basic room is already quite high, being nickeled-and-dimed for a half-hour window felt incredibly unfair. We will most likely not be returning."

"We arrived a couple hours early and were allowed to check in. Michael and Sally were super helpful, the breakfast buffet was really good with an attendant keeping watch things were clean and stocked. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was a 10. Used the pool and at check in received 2bottles of water and a bag of microwave popcorn. Great location walking distance to the mall. Would definitely stay there again. 5 stars out of 5. Ps great pillows"
