Nice House

The reason for the 1 star is we had cold water Friday and Saturday of our stay. I called Friday morning to alert mgt company. They came out and said it was fixed. We waited an hour still had cold water. I called back and they said someone would come back out. They never did and we all had COLD showers Friday and Saturday. It is unacceptable that this issue was not fixed.

Incredible home for large family vacation

The All Swell home is truly the perfect beach vacation rental. Here are a few of the major advantages of this house: - all bedrooms are equally great; no one has to feel like they got "the bad" room. Rooms on each floor can accommodate privacy or mobility needs. The décor of the bedrooms is simple and tasteful. The bathrooms are extremely high end, clean, modern. - the kitchen is super spacious, has FOUR perfectly placed built-in trash cans, two huge modern fridges, fantastic 6 burner gas stove, and ample cabinet and pantry storage. Outfitted with excellent knives, pretty much any tool you need (including instant pot, blender, extra large drip coffee pot, etc.), plenty of pans, plenty of dishware. Only limitations we experienced were lack of sheet pans, platters, and storage containers (bring lots of ziptop bags, and some disposable foil pans). The 2nd kitchen on a lower floor adds another large fridge, plus even more appliances and such. - the pool deck is truly perfect. Large shaded area with tables and chairs, pool is small-ish but perfectly great, and the "tiki bar" is so perfect for meals, etc. We cooked and ate many meals down on the pool deck. (note, no fridge or sink in the tiki bar, but there is a hose and plenty of room for large coolers - spacious parking - we easily parked 7 cars. - walk to the beach is over the sand dune - we really loved the grass area for all the children to play various games, tie dye some shirts, etc.
