Amazing location and property amenities

We loved the property location, amenities, and overall layout of the property. It was just as advertised, ready when we arrived, and the check in process was easy. The kitchen was amazing! Two of every appliance and fully stocked with the necessary utensils for large group cooking. We did not go out for dinner once. Our family included 8 adults and 7 children and this property was perfect for every age. The pool area access was safe (high door knobs/locks), fenced in yard was private, and theatre room was great for some wind down time before bed. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect all inclusive vacation spot for their family or friends.We did have a couple of items that needed attention and were not resolved during our stay. First, the pool was not clean when we arrived (Sunday). We called maintenance for a request to clean the pool and a person came to the house on Monday and said he would be by on Wednesday to clean it. He never came back. Second, the patio door of the master suite (4th floor) fell right off its hinges (from very small screws holding a very heavy door). We called maintenance on Saturday for a repair and I did not hear back from maintenance until 5 days later (3 days after we left the property). It was the first time visiting the OBX area and the best vacation we have had in years.
