First of all had trouble with the Wi-Fi. Second the outdoor water was not on. I could go on

Overall I'd say it was okay. That house needs a deep clean big time. The bedroom on the second floor facing the ocean was absolutely disgusting there was handprints on the walls there was stained all over the floor. The one couple that came with me left she works in forensics and brought her black light with her and found all kinds of nastiness all over the walls the bathroom floor was covered with urine it was disgusting. I've talked to Surf and sound no one called me back you people are out of control charging all that money for such a disgusting house there was boogies on the windows on the top floor the drains didn't work properly I could go on and on I will never rent through you or Surf and sound ever again ever again

Perfect location, but I would choose another house …

We arrived on a Saturday, found the elevator did not work. An elevator for a 4 story house for 13 people is not an amenity, it’s a necessity. Food and beverage bought daily is extremely hard to get up 4 flights. We were not told the elevator did not work. Had my parents been with us, there is no way they could have stayed there… Calked on Saturday with the elevator info, never received an update the entire week. Wednesday I calked twice to fix the audial in the theater room and a request for broom. No call back. I received an email regarding our stay, I outlined the issues. I received a broom and someone came out on the audio . We received one towel per guest, I called on Saturday and they did provide more than enough towels, please request up front. Stains on the carpeting, stains on the couch and we killed cockroaches. I conveyed all this to Company…I asked for compensation for lack of an elevator, I was told this was an amenity and they offer $455. Unbelievable… never again with this company but Hatteras was excellent, I would definitely go back!
