Updates needed
On arrival noticed garbage strewn under house. Up on entering found ceiling dripping into bowls placed on floor in one of the bedrooms. Called rental agent who sent someone over the next day who said it was coming from dishwasher and turned off breaker to it. No dishwasher for two days until repairman came and said it wasn't dishwasher. On Wednesday washing machine stopped working with a load of clothes in it. Rental agent offered for us to take it to rental office to be cleaned. Being we only had two days left we were not going to spend half of one at the rental office doing clothes.. Furnishings we're all outdated. Would not rent this place again and probably not use this rental agent again.

Great getaway location.
We really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and being able to walk to local spots. Great views from the porch. Lots to do if you are ok driving north 30 minutes to one hour.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. Our only comments would be to have the pool cleaned more often (it was sandy due to wind and skimming couldn't get it) and also perhaps some beach chairs that renters could use. It was a great week. Thanks!!

Great stay in the off-season
Lovely home on three levels. Even with 8 adults, there was plenty of room. Very comfortable beds, kitchen was well equipped, and the hot tub was a pleasure.

Blast!!
We had an AWESOME time at Sun Phun! The location was perfect, being able to walk to the beach AND to get ice cream. The pool was an added benefit that we enjoyed after a fun day at the beach!!

Great place!
We had a great week at Sun Phun! We were disappointed that the bug burner on the stove was not functional during our stay. It made cooking a lot of our meals a little more difficult. The pool was awesome and clean. The beds were not as comfortable as we would have hoped. The rest of the house was great. We had a really great time.
