We have rented many VRBO properties in Europe & US & this is our 1st negative review. Upfront we want to advise you to call the VRBO Hotline right away, not after the fact!The pictures of this house are beautiful howver they must have been taken a while ago. We found quite a few issues, but since we were having a family celebration of our 58th Anniversary, we decided to stay. Some areas were fine however, the bunk house was partially air conditioned & the 2nd floor unusable. Lots of bugs! Bed in pool house sagged! Deck was sunken and dangerous with a chair over a bad area! Just a lot of deferreed maintenance and cleaning issues! Bunk house family mostly ended up in the Game room on the floor and couch!It could be an awesome place, but it's up for sale so don't imagine owners want to put any more into it. Our family made the best of it and had a good time inspite of our disappointment.VRBO contacted owner but they chose not to do anything for us. Live and Learn!
