“晚上23點半抵達，飯店才通知已經下班，必須自己找到鑰匙進房間，非常不方便，也非常不安全”

Friendly reception staff but reception closes at 6.00pm, so later arrivals collect key from box and dont meet hotel staff until the following day. Restaurant and bar is operated by a separate business, not by the hotel. Breakfast staff are neither welcoming nor attentive. Disappointing breakfast, almost no fresh fruit, none at all one morning, just……

“Gemütlich, sauber und freundliche Mitarbeiter:innen.”

“住宿離機場很近 燥餐很豐盛”

“It's a nice room and mostly clean but they were stains on the carpet and the sofa that made it feel less welcoming. Everything else was perfect, The shops and Mall nearby are great and getting to the center of Vienna is extremely easy. There is also a decent running trail pretty much just across the street.”
