"Breakfast was simple but enough. Some of the best snorkeling we found across the island was off the beach of the hotel. The use of kayaks made it really fun to kayak to the nearby bay and over towards the nearby Hilton bungalows. The property has older furnishings but we didn’t plan to be in our room much and turned out we Weren’t so it worked well for us. I’d recommend renting a car or scooter if staying here to help ease with exploration of the island"

"This was a delightful place to stay while visiting Moorea. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was very comfortable with ample space, and a lovely view of the bay. The restaurant on site was very good, and we enjoyed excellent service from Manutahi. We enjoyed snorkeling on the coral bay, lounging pool side all while experiencing the hospitality of Moorea. This is a place we would return to."

"My sister and I loved our perfect very spacious lovely light grass roofed “Buree” with deck with garden and partial lagoon view! The bathroom was large with two sinks and a good shower and all was spotlessly clean with flowers welcoming us on all surfaces - it was delightful! The excellent restaurant had a fabulous view right on the water of the lagoon, served delicious food with a great variety and very good and charming service! The family who own The Hibiscus. and all their staff, were so wonderfully kind and helpful when my sister became ill and they called an ambulance and couldn’t have done enough for us with their generous and thoughtful consideration. Thankyou, Celine, Julian, and Philippe and Sophie and everyone for your very special care! The property is beautifully situated in lush gardens with a lovely beach and pool. We highly recommend this delightful relaxed beautiful place to stay and hope to return one day! Jane and Suzi"

"Our stay at Linareva was really lovely. Momo welcomed us at check in and explained all the amenities and the rules. Breakfast is offered upon request. Our little bungalow had everything you need for cooking. Best of the best is snorkeling at the end of the dock. The location is perfect if you have a car. We highly recommend Linareva Moorea beach resort."

"Sunset Beach is the ideal hotel for snorkelers and divers. The lagoon is huge, and you can take shark and whale excursions right from the bay. Alternatively, you can just snorkel from the beach or go further out with a kayak. The apartments are spacious and fully equipped with kitchens. There’s a restaurant on site called Les Tipaniers. It’s on the beach but doesn’t seem to be affiliated with the hotel. It was perfect for breakfast, dinner or drinks and serves lunch too."

By the way healthy meals, delicious, and well balanced. You can have breakfast as well if you let them know the day prior. "Location was amazing. So peaceful, quiet, and serene. Viewed sunset from deck chairs of our room. Small facility so beach walks not crowded with lots of tourists. Room a little small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious - all so fresh. Secured parking on site. Only suggestion is to make guard gate electronic so aren’t required to get out of car to enter code. "
