“Booked in advance for this stay during a visit to watch the Olympics. Arrived at the hotel 6pm on a Saturday evening, the opening weekend of Olympics. We had been travelling for over 16 hours with some travel delays. Greeted by host eventually who appeared from behind a tall secure closed gate to be told there were no rooms. Host shrugged and pretended not to understand that we may not be able to find somewhere else due to Olympic event. Host implied she wasn’t even aware the Olympics……

"The hotel is opposite to T2 tram and RER C train station, which is very convenient in going to Eiffel Tower or Chateau de Versailles. It has a charged car park underneath the hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy, with separate toilet and bathroom. My two kids slept in the sofa bed. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel. The price is good for this location near the city centre. However, during our stay, RER C line closed for 1 month. We have to spend extra time to travel to nearby attractions."
