"Juni 2024. Fussball EM und diese Wohnung hat kein TV. Es gibt auch keine Mikrowelle oder Ofen. Es ist unterm Dach sehr warm, aber Lüften heißt den Lärm der benachbarten Bundesstrasse hereinlassen. Bergauf drehen Motorräder besonders gern auf. Im Bad lüften darf man nicht. Gerüche und Feuchtigkeit ziehen in das Wohnzimmer. Schade. Sonst liebevolle Einrichtung und sehr sauber und hell."

"Kommunikation gut. Unterkunft einfach und zweckmässig. Schlafcouch als 3. Bett ungeeignet und massiv verdreckt . Sollte ausgetauscht werden Ansonsten alles da. Im haus wohnen Leute es riecht etwas komisch nach Hund im Haus. Preis ist okay."

"Sehr schöne großzügige Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung, gut ausgestattet und mit schönem Sitzplatz. Die Nähe zur Autobahn hört man, aber bei geschlossenen Fenster ist es sehr ruhig und es gibt eine Klimaanlage falls es in der Wohnung dann zu warm wird. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die Parkplätze. "

"Das Appartement von Maximilian entspricht exakt der Beschreibung/den Fotos. Wir haben für insgesamt 4 Nächte eingecheckt - es lief alles problemlos und die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Maximilian hat ein ausgeklügeltes System, was ein Check-In ohne Schlüssel ermöglicht. Den kleinen Balkon konnten wir aufgrund des tollen Wetters gut nutzen und auch der große Standventilator war hilfreich. Wir haben lediglich gefrühstückt, aber die kleine Küche hatte alles, was man auch fürs kochen benötigt. "

"Diese schlechte Bewertung geht NICHT gegen FeWo! Finger weg von der Wohnung Felix Living 1 in Passau (Vermieter Felix F. P.)!!! Unzumutbarer Geruch in der dunklen, an der Hauptstraße gelegenen Wohnung. Noch vor Ort versuchten wir ganz freudlich mit dem Vermieter zu sprechen und eine Lösung herbei zu führen. "Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war super und sie hat alle Anforderungen erfüllt und teils übererfüllt. Der Check-In fand kontaktlos statt, was ich positiv bewerte. Allerdings war es schwer jemanden persönlich zu erreichen, da die Rezeption nicht immer besetzt ist. Daher auch ein Stern Abzug. Wir können einen Urlaub in dieser Ferienanlage sehr empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder!"
