The breakfast is great! Even though I've traveled a lot, I have to admit, the breakfast is actually better than some well-known hotel chains; locals also come for breakfast.

Shabby bathroom shame as bar and restaurant 5*

Don't be fooled by the photos on hotels .com the room we had 302 was over due a refurbished the bathroom towel rail broken the shower had no screen the bath was too narrow the tiles need replacing the room looked like it needed painting and furniture replaced shame as the rest off the place ie restaurant bar food etc was first class

Schönes, modernes Hotel

Das Hotel hat ein tolles Ambiente, Frühstück war gut. Zimmer 205 (Komfortzimmer) war modern eingerichtet, aber sehr klein und aufgrund der Sommerhitze sehr warm, mit einem Fenster zum Biergarten.

Nous avions une chambre dans la vieille partie de l’hôtel; le plancher craquait beaucoup, l’insonorisation est déficiente, mais comme les clients étaient respectueux, ça n’a pas causé de réels dérangements. Le restaurant est très beau et confortable, les plats sont excellents. Le petit-déjeuner est généreux et frais.

Der Check-in und Check-out waren schnell und unkompliziert. Zudem konnte ich das Zimmer schon vor der eigentlichen Check-in Zeit beziehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet und generell das Restaurant bieten sehr viel Auswahl und hat ein sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Das einzige kleine Manko bei meinem Zimmer war, das es ein wenig hellhörig in Richtung Gang war. Die Gehgeräusche anderer Gäste konnten hier etwas laut vernommen werden. Insgesamt aber eine schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Hauzenberg.

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Das Abendessen und auch das Frühstücksbuffet waren einfach nur hervorragend! Sehr nette und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Zimmer war deutlich größer als sonst in dieser Klasse üblich. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Nous avons dormis dans la partie ancienne de l'hôtel. La chambre est grande, propre, au charme désuet. Les parties communes, qui ont été rénovées, sont belles, de très bon goût, chaleureuse. L'hôtel est placé au centre du village, au calme, dans un cadre de vallées alpines magnifique

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und auf den ersten Blick wird es der Preis/Leistung gerecht. Allerdings gibt es weder einen Behindertenparkplatz noch einen Lift. Der zur Verfügung gestellte Parkplatz ist relativ weit weg. Die Zimmer sind auf den ersten Blick sauber. Staub wird anscheinend nicht regelmäßig entfernt. Die Armatur in der Dusche ist auf der Unterseite länger nicht geputzt. Und der Duschboden anscheinend auch nicht. Seifenreste machen ihn zur Rutschpartie noch bevor man selbst Seife benutzt hat. Safe ist vorhanden, er funktioniert nur leider nicht und das in mehreren Zimmern. Trotz Reklamation wurde dies nicht behoben.
