“Immediately upon entering found a cockroach in the house. Reached out to host and she could careless. Told me i needed to sweep it up and dispose of it. Took a chance with a different vrbo because our normal spot was taken this trip to havelock and boy did everyone in my party regret it. This house is beyond gross. Every single person with me asked multiple times about the normal place we rent and how this one was much worse quality and the house being gross. Not to mention all the shotty work……

“The first couple days we noticed there were some shortcomings with the listing such as missing items that were listed as supplied, but not there. The previous guests left trash out by the street and there were items of trash throughout the backyard that needed to be picked up, so our dog would not eat them. The gas grill needs to be replaced and when we got there and went to use the grill the first night the gas tank was empty. The communication with the host was respectable. Missing beach……
