「Hotel, rooms,beds all excellent! Staff was great, even accommodated a last minute request with ease. Restaurant has great food, staff and prices! Even though next to airport, never heard the planes. Will stay here again.」

「Do not show up early to check in or you will get a lecture. Pool was small but nice in the heat. We opted to get breakfast elsewhere so don't know if it was good. Room was clean and looked updated. shower door didn't close correctly. AC kept turning off so it took a long time to cool off. Near the airport so there was occasional airplane noise. If you need a cheap place to stay for a night or two, it works. I wouldn't want to stay there longer.」

「I book my hotels by whether they have a hot tub, as it’s very important to me. Upon arrival I asked how late the hot tub was open and I was informed it’s hot, but no bubbles. They had to order a part. We stayed 3 nights! I went to the hot tub and it wasn’t even bath water warm. Went to the front desk and she checked the broiler temperature and it wasn’t working either. On top of no hot tub for 3 days, the only ice machine in the building was also broken. I’m sorry but when I pay $570 for a 3...

「I was in a pinch...my power was out and I had to drive an hour for this room... When i tried to call all i got was their AI bs answering machine thing, NOT a real person. Yes, they allowed dogs, BUT, it cost me MORE to have my dog there than it cost me for the room itself... When I walked in it was like walking I to a blast furnace it was so hot...it took forever for it to cool down...the shower head was so low it was at shoulder height so I didn't get to take a shower...there were 3...
