Only a few minutes' walk to Jimmy's Beach, with shops, restaurants and the Golf Club just a short drive away.

There are four bedrooms upstairs. Two queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (one can be made into a king bedroom). Downstairs there is one queen bedroom and one twin bedroom and a small baby's room. The living areas are spacious and bright and sunny, and the sun deck at the front of this lovely home is just perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by. The new modern kitchen has all the facilities necessary for a family holiday. There is a great 'breakfast' sunroom with views of the river, and a large separate dining room for family get-togethers or entertaining.

The large upstairs living area is furnished with two double sofas, a large smart TV and DVD player and features polished floorboards. The downstairs is accessed by an internal staircase. The twin room has a sofa and a second TV and there is a games room adjacent to this.

The huge front deck is covered and equipped with fans and lights. There is also a large family-size BBQ. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy views of the beautiful Myall River.

There are two spacious new bathrooms upstairs, one with a bath, and a new bathroom downstairs. The backyard is fully fenced for toddlers or your family pet.

Downstairs there is a laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Important Points

-Bedroom 4 has 2 long single beds which can be pushed together to form a king bed. The single beds require long single sheets or two flat single sheets.

-Minimum fence height 1,300 mm.

-Can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults only.

-Garage not available for guest bookings.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.

-Strict no-party or function policy.

-This is not a serviced apartment; you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.
