這間住宿位於Akko中心，不管到海邊或是清真寺、土耳其浴場、市集，都是步行可達的距離。我們入住的這間很有住在土耳其Cappadocia地下屋的感覺，但接待處那棟以及另外吃早餐的地方的建築又是摩洛哥Riad形式（提醒：接待處和房間不在同一個地方，但循著門上的指示很容易可找到，接待處是水藍色新穎的 大門，要按鈴才有人開門），房間內部和網站圖片一樣美，而且空間很大，checkin時老闆很認真的為我們解說及介紹餐廳，工作人員也很熱心的協助一切。Akko是我們到以色列旅遊第一個過夜的城市，雖然天氣不好是有些可惜，但人潮因此少了很多，也這裡開啟了我們對以色列的好印象。很喜歡穿梭在Akko阿拉伯曲折的街道中，更願意再為了Zidan Sarai 再次造訪Akko!”

“Beautiful hotel with best location where a lot of restaurants around. Very helpful staff. We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. Very appreciate their help and will definitely come to stay with the same hotel when visiting the beautiful city of Haifa.”

“The couple who owned the property were very helpful. They gave me a ride to the train station on my last day as I was unsure how I was going to get there. The wife was very kind and helped me with some issues related to travel for me as I had not traveled much out of the US. My room was clean. The hotel is located in a great area. I thought it might be noisy as it was on the corner of two very busy streets, but it was very quiet. ”

“The staff were very responsive and very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette , including a microwave, fridge, sink and electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We stayed in the "Guesthouse", which had a cute little courtyard right outside with patio seating and tables to enjoy tea or coffee in the morning.
Don't forget to check out the rooftop at night for a nice view of the city lights. Overall, we had a great experience,……
