We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. In line with other reviews, there is a restaurant below and there was some noise from that. It bothered us sometimes more than others. The layout is as in the online pictures, so it was not a……

“Easy check in nice room the only thing is there are no face or hand towels were provided ”

“Hotel needs renovation in public spaces the tiles are from the 60” in hallway to the pool and exercise room. The carpet need to be update in the lobby. The floor in bathroom bathrooms. Need replacement. Same in the dining room area.”

“The couple who owned the property were very helpful. They gave me a ride to the train station on my last day as I was unsure how I was going to get there. The wife was very kind and helped me with some issues related to travel for me as I had not traveled much out of the US. My room was clean. The hotel is located in a great area. I thought it might be noisy as it was on the corner of two very busy streets, but it was very quiet. ”
