Just 350m from the beach with sea views! Unwind listening to the sounds of the sea. Enjoy a BBQ, have a drink, or play backyard cricket with loved ones, friends and family. Relax watching the kids play in the cubby and boat sandpit. Breath easy knowing the kids are keeping themselves occupied with the toys, books and games we supply. Or simply do nothing and enjoy your getaway doing what you want to do.

Situated on the beach side of Port Elliot Road, Coastal Hayborough is set on a huge 808m2 block — plenty of room for the whole family including the dog! Easy and scenic walk to the popular Chiton Rocks Surf Cafe and 3km from the centre of Victor Harbor and Port Elliot, with the choice of shops, cafes and tourist attractions. We are centrally located and well-positioned to be both convenient and attractive to those looking to escape the everyday.

Entertainment we supply:
Jigsaw puzzles, DVD’s, books, games, children’s toys and books. Cubby house and boat sandpit!
NBN WiFi internet connection for entertainment and convenience.

Tourist attractions -
Enjoy a 5 min walk to see the cockle train and popular walk/bike way. Hear the train whistle from the backyard!
100 metres from bakery, deli/takeaway and hairdresser. Less than 1 Km from Coles.
A short drive to the surf beaches of Waitpinga (with Quad-biking Adventures), Boomer Beach and Middleton (with surf school).
Visit the pubs, cafes , market and bakery at Port Elliot.
Whale watching at The Bluff, Encounter Bay.
The horse-drawn tram at Victor Harbor, with the causeway to Granite Island with its fairy penguin tours.

Walking distance to beach, view of water from back yard where you can hear the rolling surf. A large back perfect for my 2 large dogs. My daughter popped in with my Granddaughter who enjoyed the cubby house, boat sandpit & toy kitchen

We did have a relaxing time overall. It was good that we could see the sea from a few windows.Unfortunately, our 2 day stay coincided with rain and southerly winds at Victor. So we could not sit out the back under the verandah. However, we were very warm and dry, and the TV worked well. The beach is a quick walk away too. I would recommend the requirement of linen be in much larger font and earlier in the information section.

Everything you need and more

Great home. Lots of space. Well stocked kitchen with everything we could ever need to cook with. Easy check in. The road can get quite busy, but the shutters kept out any noise and it's very quiet overnight. Beautiful location near the beach for excellent morning walks.

Beautiful & Convenient Location

This whole stay was super fun. The check-in was easy and the place was clean and as described. The location is equidistant between Victor Harbour and Port Elliot, making it very convenient. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach and many scenic locations around!

Xmas in Hayborough

The property is ideal for a family of varying ages and pets. My grandchildren loved visiting me to play in the boat sand pit and cubby house. There were lovely little Xmas touches which was appreciated as we didn't bring any decorations. A very happy and comfortable stay.Thank you.

Hi there, upon our stay at this property. We found that the toilet requires repair. Towel racks in bathroom should be repaired. Shower screen requires cleaning. All bushes in driveway require trimming back as it's difficult to get belongings in / out of the car

Perfect home close to the beach

We absolutely loved our stay! It ended up just being my husband, myself and our child who could come in the end but we loved our stay. The yard is perfect and large, the beach is only 300m down the road and such a pretty spot, the house was clean, bed was comfy and overall was just such a comfy place that felt like home. We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us!
