“Another great stay in Hayden!”

“Good”

“The rooms are really clean, the staff are very accomodating since we used my grandma’s timeshare for the first few days and”

“We loved the resort and can’t wait to return in season!”

“Great views! Cute place.”

“We visited this condo in July. While the condo itself was nice, clean, close to the resort, and the host was consistently responsive, the overall stay was not to our liking. Unfortunately, the unit did not have an air conditioner. When we checked in, the temperature inside was 86 degrees and extremely hot. I wish I had researched this more thoroughly beforehand, but it also would have been helpful if the listing had clearly stated that there was no air conditioning. The host informed me of this……

“This was our second visit to this property. We love the location and space. It was very hot while we were there and the box fan broke one night. We let Sita know and she brought a new one the next day with easy communication.”

“Overall, my stay was good, but a few things could be improved. Since it was a long stay, I requested cleaning supplies, but despite being told they would check, I never received a response or the supplies. There also weren’t enough kitchen towels, and the bedroom door didn’t close properly. Other than that, everything was fine.”

“This is a wonderfully located property near the base of the ski area. The condo is very small but the views are HUGE! It is also very clean and well hosted. If you’re looking for a quaint, clean, place to sleep, this is a great candidate!”

“We could not get into the property for a half hour because the key in the lock box did not work to open the outside door. We only gained entry because another tenant let us in.-When we got in to the room it was over 90• so I turned all the fans on and set the thermostat to cool. After a few minutes I noticed the fireplace was on. I could not figure out how to turn it off- I even unplugged it.- I called the agent to ask that someone come out to turn off the fireplace as we were going to get a……

“All hand and bath towels were dirty. Showing stains of past users, and lazy cleaners. Upon check in, the back door of the unit was left open. The room smelled of stagnant air, like walking into a moist cloud of poorly aged oxygen.”

“We had a wonderful stay here! The place was easy to get to and nice and cozy! After a little walk we were on the slopes! You can also see the hot tubs from the window so you know the perfect time to go. The first night we made the bedroom a little too hot but once we turned the thermostat down it cooled off quickly. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Everything was perfect, I just had bad luck that the key was not left in the lock and it took me more than an hour for them to answer me and be able to enter and it was thanks to the security man who helped us and the only one who answered immediately”

“We enjoyed this very well stocked and convenient condo. It was so cozy, quiet, and had great views of the mountains!”

“Hot tub was not hot. Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on (it was some kind of couch/bed combo). TV in bedroom didn’t work. Kitchen equipment was from a variety of garage sales. Good location. Host responsiveness was very slow and of no help. ”

“The apartment was clean and very nicely furnished. We were comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay.Aleksandra was very responsive and made our stay wonderful.”

“Very clear and detailed check in/out instructions. Unit was clean and as described. We loved sitting outside on the balcony in the evening. Very happy there were coffee making supplies, as well as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, laundry detergent, etc. Made it extra easy for our short stay in Steamboat Springs.”
