"The property is located in beautiful Williamsburg, on the Chesapeake. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condominium that was very spacious, clean and overall comfortable. There were 2 things that we had a problem with. The bed was uncomfortable, not the worse I have ever slept in but definitely not comfortable and my back hurt in the morning. Also it seems the shower leaked into the place underneath us. Other than those 2 issues it was good. I would recommend it for location and cleanliness. We did not try the restaurants on location so no comment."

"Breakfast was below average, room was clean but a piece of the wall paper was peeling off the wall, it took a while for the water to warm up in the shower. The room was definitely spacious. I am undecided if I would return to this hotel"

"This property is under new management and you can tell by all the recent 5 star reviews. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Such a variety of foods to include eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal and more. There was a bigger variety on the weekend, than the weekday, but still a big assortment. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the parking lot needs some attention. It wasn’t trashy but was in need of repaving. All in all, I would give them 5 stars because of the comfort and cleanliness of our room and their excellent customer service."

"Came to stay overnight for a soccer tournament. In door pool was open. the doors to the rooms were very hard to open and close, the carpet is filthy both in the rooms and the hallways. There was gum stuck to the wall in the room we were in and the initial room we had it changed cause there was a heavy old smelling stinch. The hotel was convenient but definitely needs some well needed remodeling. Breakfast was very basic... Cereal, toast and bagels. Ok for an overnight stay but nothing more than that!"

"The staff here is excellent. It's very quiet place and safe feeling. Limited parking but many places around to shop and eat. I would say thing they need to clean the carpet and mop more. The gentleman on the evening shift excellent customer service. The breakfast staff great customer service and room staff great. I would also say since it now hot spray you don't want a flying insect problem and spiders. I would give them a 5 stars and recommend staying here for travels. But 4 star for cleaning just because of carpet and flooring. Overall highly recommend them."
