「Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful.」

「Staff were very accommodating. We landed at Heathrow and stopped at Manor Hotel on the way home to Warwickshire. We arrived at 11.30pm and the staff were very understanding. The room was very nice and spacious. Bathroom very clean. Very good complementary treats in the room. Even though we didn't stay for breakfast but the menu looked very good. Definitely will stay again and this time longer for breakfast」

「Room was comfy, nicely furnished. Tea and coffee and biscuits were top quality. Bathroom clean, everything clean really. But having paid a relatively premium price for bed and breakfast, only to find a limited smaller choice included (with every extra costing more) we found it disappointing. That's not made clear at time of ordering. I mean, how expensive is it to include cereals etc? BUT the rooms are lovely and staff friendly. A bit odd it took more than 10 minutes wait to be given our key, 30...

The room was clean, nice Tassimo machine for coffee, cups and saucers were on the very bottom shelf, not easy to get to with mobility issues. Room view was fabulous, sat there late at night with a nice beer, relaxing after a long day of travelling and working an event, amaaazing. If am up that way again will defo stay there again」
