Nothing good about the property. The maintenance has never done walls. Everything‘s fall off peeling refrigerator. Freeze shower is disgusting. It would burn you. It was just nasty. Never clean. Worst place I ever stayed.

Paper thin walls. No phone in the room, I've never not had a phone in the room. Dirty bathroom floor. Complimentary breakfast was sub-par. And upon departure my husband and I had GI issues. But the biggest disappointment was the broken hot tub. That is why I spent the extra money for an establishment with a hot tub. I'm pretty sure it has been broken all summer, but I got a bs excuse that it just broke down 2 days before check-in. This place should not be charging any more than $80. Oh, and the hallways smell of infestation chemicals and every 20 ft there's a bug killing plug in. But at least the family business rakes us so they can afford to go back to India each year.

The room had a king size bed, TV, small frig, coffee maker, microwave and an old in-the-wall AC (held together by duct tape). The room was clean and did have internet. The entire complex could use a lot of upgrading. There was brewed coffee for breakfast. I did see a waffle maker. The staff consisted of those who cleaned the rooms and the one gentleman who did greet me when I checked in. The gentleman was attentive to fixing a problem with the card that let me into my room. He had to replace batteries. I made reservations through a third party. I would not go back.

The desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. After checking in he told me the pool was closed with no explanation as to what was wrong. I told him we were unhappy about not having a pool and he said “so what do you want me to do about it “. I was upset and regretting booked this place so I went back to the room to find a dirty air conditioner that worked poorly on this 90 degree day. The room had ants which got into my clothes and were disgusting. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on so they sat on a small sink top. I travel frequently and have never had a worse experience at a hotel. I would never consider this hotel nor would I recommend it to anyone else. This place ruined our vacation!
