“The hotel needed repairs, leaking windows in room.
We asked staff for extra pillows and the ones in the room were very small, we were told no.
Staff was not friendly at check in and we were ignored when w walked in.
Whirlpool jet were not working so unable to use. Pool and whirlpool need to be refinished.”
“Stayed in this cabin for three nights with my 12 year old dog for a little R & R. I can't say enough great things about this cabin. It was super cute, clean with everything I needed. The wooded area on Hayward Lake felt very private even though it was close to town. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Walking/biking path ran along the edge of the property. Bed was very comfortable. Heat and ac in the cabin with easy to use instructions. Check in and out process was easy. Great……
“The pictures are very accurate of what the cabin looks like. The lake view is amazing! Visiting in October, it was nice and quiet even with most of the other cabins booked. Matt was very communicative before, during if needed, and after stay.”
“The cabin is exactly as described and in a terrific location. Mike was a great host and quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Loved it!”
