“El hotel era una autentica pocilga tanto es asi que a las dos horas la policia nos echó de la habitación y clausuro el hotel. Tubimos que mudarnos a otro hotel.”

The breakfast and food options are good overall; however, the service time in the restaurant could be improved. The washrooms require better upkeep, and improved pest control inside the rooms would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.”

“Large room, lovely outdoor sitting area. Room showing its age (sticking doors, etc.), but functional. Some mold in the bathroom and it took a couple hours to dry out the bedroom using the AC (rather humid)”

“Room was satisfactory though a little cramped. but service was awful with reception unmanned most of the time. Restaurant was poor both in terms of service, ambience and food variety. Staff was ill trained and not befitting a respectable hotel. ”

“The room lacked hot water facility as well as food was below average and highly overpriced the room has no cellular network and even there was 1 wifi for 10 rooms which has low connectivity. The staff seemed inexperienced and unprofessional”
