"Excellent stay. The hotel was superb. The room was clean, the wireless charges on the bedside tables were a great idea. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was lovely too. The only one issue I had is that I had to pay extra for a decaf coffee with my breakfast. It should be free."

"This is a lovely place to stay. Originally we booked for 4 adults one child.But due two sickness only two of us cld travel. This accomodation sleeps eight no problem. Modern,spotless very quiet and so comfortable.Host is easily contactable.Karaka Viilage just down road for supplies, we needed to be near Papakura for a family memorial,we were 10 minutes away. I highly recommend staying here."

"Loads of space and storage, heaps of parking. Beds were comfortable and room clean.Not quite enough towels, tea towel etc. a few towels were old with holes and stains.Only 1 Tv in the lounge and the TV Picture was bad.Hole in the floor covered with MattAnts over run in the bathroom, had to clean it after every shower, they cleared up after we sprayed on the 2nd day.Great size house for large group but the everything is dated and in average condition. It does have a beautifully renovated bathroom ruined by colony of ants that live in there.Laundry facilities were fabulous, modern washer and dryer. Kitchen was good, nice big fridge and freezer."

"This was such a lovely place to stay. I came here to get over my jetlag before my trip abd it was just perfect. Local dairy/shop, takeaway, lovely river walk straight out of the garden, easy to catch the bus into town.Slept well with a comfy bed, nice powerful shower and great kitchen with plenty of space.Lots of films and programmes on the amazon prime with the TV.The owner and his wife offered to pick me up anything from the supermarket if I needed it. Really kind people thank you. "

"We like this house - it has 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The showers were really good. The beds comfy enough - although some of our group found they needed another blanket. It is super clean. You need a degree to work out the stove & micowave but between us we figured it out.Lots of parking and easy to find.Quiet enough for Auckland.The house needs some maintenance - door bars need replacing in toilet and top of stairs.One sliding door to bedroom was off the rails and would not open close easily.The lock box did not open easily - needs replacing or repositioning so you can read the numbers in the dark.We would rent this house again."

"We really enjoyed staying at this place. It was near the beach and a park so strolling around the area was great. The kitchen was well equipped, lots of room for the 8 of us. There were going to be 12 of us but one family backed out when the saw there was only 1 bathroom. There were actually 2, but one was in the master bedroom suite. It was also a little disconcerting not to have screens on any of the windows. We had to open them because the weather was warm. Parking was great, had use of the garage. I would recommend this place."
