My only small criticism is a common problem , people are different sizes and the towels provided by the property were standard bath towels and do not cover the modestly of a larger person.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette chambre d'hôtes magnifique, superbement décorée et à la propreté irréprochable. Tout comme le petit déjeuner succulent, l'accueil très chaleureux de notre hôte ainsi que ses très bons conseils de visite qui nous ont permis d'assister à une cérémonie internationale du 11 novembre inoubliable.

If you are one of those travellers who needs all the facilities a hotel provides then this charming place won't suit you. There is no gym, no bar, no pool, no taxis outside. However, if you want to stay in a beautiful place, a real home from home, then you'll love it here. It's a small place, only three rooms I think, and quite typical of this type of accommodation in France. The property owner greeted me on arrival, gave me all the information I needed about accessing the courtyard, where to eat in the village and so on. She then asked what I would like for breakfast and at what time and left me alone. Absolute peace and quiet followed. Sorry, I could hear the church bells chime. The photos don't do justice to the rooms. My bedroom was immaculately decorated, perfectly kept and super comfortable. I could not have asked for more. There is no doubt that the owners here are justifiably proud of their property. It oozes character, charm, attention to detail, and most of all love. When I arrived I found that eating an evening meal here was a little limited but the village has bars and restaurants so it was no problem. The surrounding area is very pretty and quiet but not at all isolated. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation wholeheartedly. My work takes me to a great many hotels and my only problem with this place is that I don't have enough business to justify using it on a regular basis. However, I fully intend to try my best to do so.

Une maison d'hôtes, comme si vous étiez chez vous.

Cadre agréable, et très beaux batiments ( ancienne ferme ) renovés avec grand soin. Trés bon accueil des propriétaires. Chambres spacieuses, confortables, decorées avec gout. Bon petit déjeuner ( jus orange pressé, salade de fruits ...) Parking intérieur sécurisé par portail à code. Pas de diner sur place, mais petits plats tout pret en bocaux disponible sur place, à la vente Vélo électrique à dispo. A voir !

A hidden treasure

A delightful Chambre d'Hote , which was an old farm whose buildings had been sympathetically and tastefully developed. The accommodation was comfortable and well-appointed and the surroundings attractive. The hosts were friendly and were proud to share something of the buildings' history with us. Excellent breakfast. It was a perfect stop over following our channel crossing to Dunkirk and before setting off on the long drive south.
