“I recently stayed at the Hilton in Dothan, Alabama, and my experience was far from satisfactory. After paying for a specific room, I was given a completely different one that lacked basic amenities. To my dismay, the bathroom didn’t even have a shower, and it seemed they assigned me a handicap room instead. I had spoken with Kara earlier in the morning, and she confirmed that my room would be ready upon my arrival. However, when I got there, it had been given to someone else. To make matters……

“The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We stayed for three nights. There was no room maintenance, so you have to remove your own trash and ask for clean towels as needed. The staff was nice for the most part. The restaurant is not in the hotel and neither is the bar. You have to walk or drive the the gaming center. ”

“We arrived on Friday about 3pm, book in was ok we were informed our room was on 2nd floor but the one elevator was out of order, I advised the receptionist that I had recently had a knee replacement and could she find me a room on the 1st floor, she informed me that they were fully booked., NO help was provided to take our luggage to our room. I noticed that there was no sign of an engineer nor the next 2 days of our stay - Bad management. There was no water/coffee available after breakfast had……

“I stay here multiple times a year. Its overall a quiet clram safe place to stay, well located too Its NOT a Ritz Carlton....you get what you pay for, i have never had any problems the staff couldn't handle ”

“Parking was simple. Unfortunately the noise level from traffic was annoying. The suite was spacious and the staff really paid attention to detail. I would stay again and maybe ask for a room away from the main traffic. They don’t provide that continental breakfast and that’s fine. How many dried sausages can one eat? Overall comfortable and spacious. Full refrigerator and two televisions which is rare unless you are in Vegas. It’s Dothan so it’s minutes from everywhere. Not sure if it was a……
