"Very nice property. Loved the deck. Upstairs bedroom is spacious but does open to downstairs so maybe better for early birds to be upstairs. Great bathrooms. One note - the spiral staircase cuts into the room. We used a small pillow to avoid banging our head! :)"

"Our stay was outstanding! We would love to return! Among our best family vacations. We spent most of our time outdoors - kayaking, swimming, enjoying the view from the Adirondack chairs, dining on the deck. Beautiful views. Great proximity to Jamestown and Newport. Home was equipped with fishing rods, soccer/football/beach/basketballs, frisbees - tons of activities for the kids and grandchildren. Last evening we brought back steamed lobsters from the Lobster Shack in Newport which were the best lobsters we ever had. Perfection."

"We had an excellent stay at the B&B. The staff was lovely and very helpful and attentive. It was peaceful and quiet. Easy to get over to Newport by the Ferry, with able to leave my car parked with the on street parking provided."
