Drive 8 miles out and you will find the end of civilization and all the peace and quiet you ever wanted. No tourists, just wildlife, breathtaking scenery, a beautiful lake, and incredible views of Denali on a clear day.
    Across the road, within a short walk is 8 Mile Lake and some of the best views of Denali you will find.
    This cozy retreat , perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nestled in a tranquil setting, guests can unwind and reconnect with nature.
    You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

We could not have found a better view for the price. The cabin itself was clean and felt rather new, with the exception of a broken chair that was pushed under the bench on the front porch. The compost toilet was a bit further of a walk than I was expecting, especially in the pitch dark. We enjoyed being off grid, sipping a drink and marveling at the view from the front porch.

Cabin was very clean and view was beautiful. Bathroom was pretty clean too, bring toilet paper. Only down side was that this is not a cabin by its self - there are two cabins and multiple other structures not pictured. The other cabin was also rented with a couple and a dog and was fairly close to ours. We didn’t have issue though and this still felt very private overall! But I would prepare to not be alone if you stay.

Never checked in. Didn't know til last minute there was no bathroom. No electricity. No heat. Ad mislead us.
