「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」

「Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. 「We loved the location and we enjoyed a very nice, clean room. The only thing was below expectations, was the tv, as it didn't work very well. However, we didn't visit Denver to watch tv, but it was something that can be fixed easily. The bathroom was impeccable, the view from our 16th level room was superb. Overall, very happy and we'll go back in the near future without hesitation. 」

Very nice & spacious open-concept interior, extremely well-maintained (we've stayed here at least 3 times), great complimentary breakfast, comfortable & clean updated rooms, & great location. Kimberly checked us in early. She was super nice, one of the nicest hotel staff we have encountered. She gave us welcome bottled waters and popcorn.
