“Really enjoyed our stay except for the difficult understanding of how the fireplace operates
It only comes on when you want heat & with us the room got excessively warm just to have the ambiance of a fire
The plastic utensils seem rather wasteful although the Scott single ply toilet paper must be economical
The place is gorgeous & allowed our dog which totally makes up for the inconveniences”

“The location is great! My room had a nice view of the lake. Both Hells Kitchen and Wolf are in the hotel which is convenient for a nice drink or dinner. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I only had 2 gripes—there’s only one water station in the hotel to refill bottles and I’d specifically requested a room away from the elevator and they literally put me right next to it. Luckily, I was there midweek so it wasn’t busy and didn’t keep me awake.”
