Great stay for the price!

Spacious condo. Perfect for our family of 3 with 2 adults and a teenager. The hot-tubs are a bit of a walk and very small, but definitely adequate. We also used the grill, which was a nice amenity. Has cable TV and we were able to watch the Super Bowl and an NCAA basketball game we wanted to catch. Short drive from Park City where we skied. Covered garage was awesome. Would stay again.

Wasn’t able to use the large deck areas or furniture on this property as it was covered in bird poop. It was everywhere. Stained bed pillows. Also had difficulty during check in/getting into property because of a faulty lock. Was told the issue would be addressed the next day, however it wasn’t addressed during the stay at all and there was no further communication from anyone to us. Ghosted

Great Stay for Park City Skiing

My friends and I had a great experience staying here. Tons of space for the 4 of us, fully loaded kitchen, nice hot tubs and a great view of the surrounding hills. It’s roughly 9 miles to the Park City Resort, 15 minutes with no traffic. Would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient stay right outside Park City.

Deer Valley Family Ski Trip

We had a great experience! From ease of checking in to check out! The property is only a short 15 drive to all the Park City has to offer. The property is larger than expected. Very well equipped and met our expectations!

Large 3 room unit with a view

Great appliances including extra large washer/dryer, huge refrigerator, and dishwasher, coffee maker, ninja blender, toaster. Floor to ceiling windows. 4 beds available, wifi strong. Bring quarters for game room downstairs. Smoke alarms too sensitive despite opening all doors and windows these would go off when cooking. Convenience of indoor garage space. Knives and cookware could use improvement, otherwise were adequate. Overall good for large or multifamily stay.

couple of things: was not aware that ths is actually three different units that can be combined in a number of different ways. 4 remotes for each TV with no instructions on how or when to use any of them virtually no closet space or drawers....all locked up for the owner difficulty with the coded entry door lock Smoke alarm very sensitive....be careful frying bacon all that said, heated garage was great, spaces available. and sized for SUVs heat was more than adequate sound was not a problem perfectly adequte and a good value

Shabbier than expected

Air conditioning is crazy loud. Unusable. Entire building is way too hot. We couldn't even get our own unit to stay below 70 even when we turned our heat completely off. Several kitchen appliances were filthy, and/or missing pieces so they could not be used. Fitness center is basically just cardio. Game room is sparse.

Great place

Two couples in the area for golf. Second year in a row we’ve stayed at this property. Great layout for two couples, offering a nice common area with a deck overlooking Jordenelle Reservoir and two private bedrooms. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Extra kudos to the management company who helped us out when we locked ourselves out of the unit without the entry code. Much appreciated. Will stay here again.

Enjoyable family ski trip

Great location if you are skiing Deer Valley. Convenient to Park City as well. Location was very quiet and peaceful. Great views of the mountains and resevoir.

Deer Valley Ski Trip

Overall very good. The property managers were very responsive. However the hot tub was not available during our visit. Also 2 of the 3 tvs did not initially work. So we missed out on some of our expected amenities
