Great location in the summer too!!

This was a great location for us to play on the lake all day, and be close to home. Location is perfect for Snow and Water destination. Check in was easy, proper clean, and concerns answered quickly!

Excellent property!

Excellent space for our group of five adults. Well-appointed and functional kitchen. Quick drive to restaurants and services. Great views from the deck and nearby walking trails along the lake.

Spacious but Cozy!

We had a great stay here. There were 2 families of 4 each and we had more than enough room to spread out! Beds were comfortable and fires were cozy. Only 4 minute drive to the east side of Deer Valley (Jordanelle Gondola and East Village access). Would absolutely stay here again for a great week at Deer Valley!

Great House

The house is a great size in good location. Great size and so nice to have that many king beds. Nice hot tub and easy drive to the slopes. A few things to note for prepping purposes. The internet is pretty slow, the TVs in the bedroom are a bit glitchy, and there wasn't enough paper towels or trash bags to make it through our stay.

Family Getaway

We absolutely loved this home and its layout. It was perfect for a large family getaway, it fit comfortably 3 families with 6 kids total. The space down stairs for the kids was beyond perfect. The Kitchen is well stocked and the convenience of having access to the two car garage was wonderful! We highly recommend this place and will be coming back next year.

Great Fishing HQ

Firstly, the property itself was great. There were plenty of beds, showers and toilets to accommodate many guests simultaneously. Access to the main highway was easy making it far less painful to swiftly drive from here to there. We were there for a fishing trip and this fact made it much more enjoyable.

What a nice house! This was the perfect accommodations for our group of nine. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. I recommend this for anyone who wants access to Park City and the surrounding area. Will definitely consider it again for our trip next ski season.

Great Brother’s Weekend

Came here on a whim after looking for a place for my brothers and I to get together as we live scattered throughout the country. We came to trout fish and had the best fishing experience of a lifetime. This home was relatively close to where we were fishing. Fabulous home just as described. Beautiful comfortable furniture and beds, stellar kitchen appliances, clean (very clean), ease of access and good entertainment in this home

Family trip

Beautiful condo. Few things we noticed when we arrived. Dirty towel outside near the hot tub, hot tub cover a little “wonky”, downstairs bedroom was actually a queen (not a king), no soap for the dishwasher. But the positives outweighed any negatives! Loved the view, great location, kitchen had everything we needed, grill worked great, very comfortable furniture, two great living spaces, a bed for everyone in our group, and 2 washers and dryers! Also very close Park City and Jordanelle State Park.

Nice place to stay and the view of the lake is great

Overall a good experience. We were switched from another location at the last minute. We never saw the original location, so I can't compare the two, but I we remember seeing this one and chose the other when we made the reservation. This is a very nice place, the view is great and the lake is only a few minutes away. The only real negatives were that three remotes didn't work, and one worked on two tv's, so we shared that one. The kitchen faucet was very loose and required two hands to turn on and adjust the temp. And after being warned about the refill charges for using the soaps and shampoos, it was funny that the soap dispenser in the master had been topped off with water! These were not big things, a little frustrating at times, but we would stay again.

Don't Miss This Place!

Everything was great! They were only six of us (my husband and me with our two married children) so we each had a master suite… large room with a king bed and a great en suite bath. Yes, this home had THREE! The 4th bedroom had bunk beds and slept 6. The hot tub was roomy, could've fit eight so the six of us fit just fine. A few things that were not mentioned in the description was that there was a ping pong table in the garage and the pool table converted to an air hockey table. We utilized both of these a lot. The only thing I would change, and I am very picky, is they had two laundry rooms, and neither one had any laundry detergent. I had to go out and buy some, when we had some thing we needed to wash. Everything else was way above par, very clean, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. This place does sleep 14 people in beds if you include the pull down bed on the first floor.

Thanksgiving Family Reunion

We gathered at this beautiful home for Thanksgiving week Tuesday-Saturday. We arrived well after dark on a snowy night. We had some difficulty finding the property and the management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The property is in a lovely neighborhood, overlooking the mountains and the small reservoir lake. The living areas are comfortable with comfy chairs and couches surrounding the large gas fireplace. Our family utilized both the upstairs and the downstairs gaming area. The shuffleboard game was a BIG hit! The arrangement of the bedrooms was fantastic. The Master on the main floor, 2 full bedrooms up each with ensuite baths. Downstairs level had a with a full bath and a bunk with queen & twin bed in the living area. Our 8 adults had plenty of room and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped for our Thanksgiving day prep and the coffee bar was also well utilized. Beds were comfortable, linens and pillows were comfy. The dining room table sat 8 which was perfect for our gathering of 8. We have traveled the world and would stay at this lovely property again. My small complaints went directly to the management company and I believe they are looking to only make this great home better and better for each new guest. Great location with a few hiccups

We stayed for Labor day weekend. The views from the condo were perfect and it was very spacious. We had issues accessing the rental upon arrival, mgmt. was quick to communicate however we were still given wrong codes to access so arrival was a bit frustrating. The furnishings and items supplied are in need of updating. Many small appliances were broken or missing parts, ONE knife that was extremely dull, no cleaning supplies except dishwasher detergent and the cupboards are full of old or heavily used kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. The garage door button/pad is broken in the garage making garage hard to close, lights in basement flickered, and light in basement bedroom would not turn on. All remotes (6) with exception of 1 was missing batteries/dead batteries/ didn't work. We purchased our own batteries for remotes and still had one TV we couldn't get to work which maintenance was patched out and fixed it for us. A little refresh would go a long way for this condo. Our family rented another condo down the street, same HOA, similar nightly rate that was maintained much better.
