Nestled across Highway 40 from the renowned Deer Valley Resort and just a stone's throw from the water sports-rich Jordanelle Reservoir, this elegant 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is your perfect getaway. With an expansive 1043 square feet of living space, this exquisite property comfortably sleeps six guests, offering a blend of modern convenience and rustic charm.

Step into a world of comfort and luxury as you enter the beautifully furnished living area. The gas fireplace sets a cozy ambiance, perfect for cool summer evenings and snowy winter days. The fully equipped kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, including a coffee maker, crockpot, blender, toaster, and even a waffle iron. Wine enthusiasts will appreciate the wine opener and glasses, while the dining table that seats four provides the ideal setting for intimate meals. Smart TVs, DIRECTV, and a selection of cards and board games ensure endless entertainment for everyone.

The sleeping arrangements are designed with your utmost comfort in mind. The master bedroom features a plush queen bed, an armoire with a mini fridge, an ensuite bathroom, and a charming Juliette balcony. The second bedroom offers two single beds, also with an armoire and mini fridge, ensuite bathroom, and Juliette balcony. For additional guests, the sofa bed in the living area ensures a restful night's sleep.

Each of the three full bathrooms is equipped with a tub/shower combo, providing convenience and luxury for all.

Dive into the refreshing pool during the summer months or unwind in one of the three year-round hot tubs. You're also right by the Deer Valley Gondola for Easy Ski Access! Instead of exiting the highway and turning left to go to the Stillwater Lodge, turn right! Then turn right again, and you're there! All the parking is FREE! Deer Valley runs a shuttle up and down to pick you up and drop you off at your car, so no hauling equipment! There are free ski lockers in the base, so you can leave your skis there overnight. You can even buy lift tickets right there, day or multi-day passes. There are clean bathrooms, boot heaters, and comfortable places to sit while getting ready to ski. At the top, there's a small restaurant (coffee and hot chocolate available) and easy access to the St. Regis facilities overlooking Snow Lake Lodge. When the resort is packed, the Deer Valley Gondola is much less crowded and makes it feel like you're skiing on your own personal trails.

Conveniently located just off Highway 40, Stillwater 3066 is right by the entrance to the gorgeous Jordanelle State Park, where you can rent wave runners, boats, and paddle boards in the summer months. The Tanger Outlet Stores, dozens of popular restaurants, and lots of major shops and attractions are only a quick drive away. And, of course, charming downtown Park City and the world-famous Park City ski slopes are right around the corner!

The Deer Valley Ski Resort is set to undergo a significant expansion that is projected to be fully operational by the 2024-25 ski season. Situated just across from the Stillwater Lodge Resort, this new luxury ski base area is poised to become North America’s newest world-class alpine village since its last development in 1981. The expanded village will introduce state-of-the-art ski infrastructure, including new ski lifts for skiers and mountain bikers, providing them with access to extensive terrain throughout both the summer and winter months. This expansion will not only offer breathtaking views of the stunning Jordanelle Reservoir but also feature a walkable commercial zone. This zone is designed to rival the charm and convenience of Park City’s Historic Main Street, making it a vibrant hub for visitors.

Please note that construction is underway due to the Stillwater building expansion and lobby renovation. Alternate access and full use of the stairs and elevator will be maintained. Additionally, our property will see exterior improvements this summer, including painting and deck replacements, to enhance your future visits. While some work may be visible, you're welcome to use the balcony/deck and its furniture when no active work is happening at your unit. Furniture must be brought inside when it is not in use. We anticipate minimal disruption and are dedicated to providing a comfortable stay for all guests.
