“This property was exceptional. We’ve been coming to the Park City area for the past 12 years once or twice a year and this is the best property we’ve stayed in. The owners and property management team thought of everything to make guests comfortable and entertained. We really appreciated all of the little touches - quality soft toilet paper!, nice linens, good soaps, stocked coffee, great furniture, and super clean. We’ll be recommending this property to any friends visiting the area.”

“The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. “We had no communication with the owner until we were on our way there. We got an email the day we were to check in giving us the details. The place is basically clean except for a stained tub that could be cleaned. The fan in the bathroom was broken. The kitchen had 1 plate and 1 bowl. The bed is so high off the ground you need a step stool to get in. There is a desk chair and another chair that is old and has no padding. There were 2 irons but no ironing board.
