"The cottage was nice and simple. Perfect for 2 people. We loved the old ship lap design on the interior walls and the kitchen cabinets primitive design. Everything was super clean. The exterior lighting and rock work adds a great touch for the evening hours with a fire pit & chill out area. The cottage sits only a couple minute drive from the marina, which makes this destination perfect for those spending a day on the lake."

"The trip was amazing! The cabin is so well laid out for a large family to entertain and really enjoy all the amenities they offer. In the dead heat of summer we had no issue with the AC keeping this massive cabin cool, with so many people in and out to enjoy the outdoors. The stocked kitchen really does mean stocked. We brought paper plates and cups because you never know, but all the place settings were there. The silverware and cooking utensils, stocked, the pots and pans, stocked, seasonings galore. We would definitely rent again with it being so close to river access. We floated one day and to be truthful the only place we really caught was right in front of the cabin. Thank you for the memorable vacation, we will definitely rent again."

Heber Springs Home w/ Heated Pool! Walk to Sandy Beach & Greers Ferry Lake!

"The home is set up beautifully less than 10 minutes from Walmart and any restaurant that you would like to eat at. The pool was awesome, we decided not to load up and go to the lake or go to Sandy Beach and just stayed around at the pool which the water was absolutely nice and enjoyed it when we were not out doing activities. The separate building with the ping-pong table is so much fun. My family enjoyed the stay in the middle of July and highly recommend anyone to stay you are absolutely love it. When we do another lake vacation, we will most definitely be staying here again."
