「It was not what we imagined. I thought it was going to be cool and different. I imagined it being a fifth wheel or travel trailer on someone's property in a remote setting. It was everything but that. The shower was awful. Between trying to step over a trough edge to get into the shower and the vinyl curtains that surrounded the trough that clung to your body, it was awful.We have rented a lot of placesVrbo and rarely feel this way.We left 2 day early without a regret.」

「My partner and I had such a lovely time here. I don’t even know where to start. The room was very cute, comfortable, clean and had a soaking tub ( and some lovely bath salts) that was a real treat. We took a nice little swim in the lake which was the perfect temperature. The gentleman who owns this place is friendly and professional, i felt welcome and at ease while interacting with him. I met a dog and a cat. The cat was perfect in every way- mysterious yet friendly, unafraid and unconcerned....

「As you approach the property you see an unkept yard with broken down vehicles. Our luxury studio had large trash cans in front and 2 rusty boats. Our view from the room faced a cluttered backyard with a rusty tractor, railroad tracks, then the beautiful lake. 「Host is very quick to respond. Unit is part of a four-plex next to the Siuslaw campground and marina. Our unit was two bedroom, one bathroom. Good size rooms. Large kitchen. Location is slightly sketch in that it’s so close to the campground but also great because you can walk downtown easily. Our only complaint about the unit itself was that the walls are very thin- we could easily hear the neighbors. 」

「The size of the house was perfect for our trip where we all had our own rooms and bathrooms! The key pad made for easy entry and also convenient that you could get to the downstairs through the garage.
