「The room was dirty and run down, hot tub and sauna didn’t work and we were not informed of that prior to our visit. I also got severly sick from drinking the tap water (there was no warning posted of a water advisory) my partner and I have emailed the hotel as well as general manager multiple times to express these concerns and have been ignored, Expedia representative also spoke with the hotel who said they cannot locate my reservation details which is awesome considering they charged my credit...
