“It was really strange and inconvenient that there was no one at the “reception” desk after 15:00. And the young woman at the restaurant on the main floor said she didn’t know anything about the hotel. We found our reservation slip and our keys and let ourselves into the room. Later in the evening, the girl who did not know anything suddenly knew enough to make sure we paid. Very odd.”

“Very nice view, very good location”

The front desk attendant was often not present and despite having selected this hotel for the included breakfast, we were turned away and told to contact hotels.com. After a long conversation with hotels.com (it took around a hour to reach someone), they confirmed we’d paid for breakfast. They offered a small credit and suggested we return for breakfast. None of us felt comfortable doing so after the chilly and……

Sehr weiches Bett. Die Küche ohne Toaster. ”

“Schmutzig und unsicher ”
