20 mins via walk old town, Bus route to castle

Location a plus, easy access to bus, excellent service with pleasant breakfast. Only wish the staff would have informed us that the breakfast would cost more if we did not opt for it when checking in. Room was nosey. due to location near outside patio with outside guests partying thus keeping us up at night

I visited during the Microsoft crash when all the key cards stopped working and the staff remained highly professional during a fully-booked week. Kudos to them! I’d stay there again. The location is also in the far side of the Philosopher’s Path which is great because we could walk down the stairs (not up) to see the town of Heidelberg from above—spectacular!)

Nice hotel quite and new But the issue was with the house keeping they didn’t clean the room until we ask the reception and when they clean they didn’t change the dirty bed sheets Elias from the reception was too kind and helpful

The location was good, we got a suite qhich was nice. But the reception staff the first day, dont remember his name but was so bad. They said the didnt have parking, they did. I am a hilton honors member, which means I get free breakfast and access to a lounge, they never mentioned this. I made a reservation for breakfast, they did not honor it (altough the restaurant staff was very nice and acommodated us anyways). The price charged was insanely high, the highest we paid in Europe and the highest we ever paid for a Hilton. In summary, I like the room, the staff was. Ice with the exception of one person at the reception which shoukd be fired for the incompetence.

This is a nice hotel. My room was modern and clean. The problem is that it was like staying in Fawlty Towers. The staff have no idea what they are doing. At check in I was told I had a free mini bar but there was no mini bar in my room. Turns out she had made a mistake. She also told me I had no breakfast included but turns out I did so missed out on that the first day. I had to ring and ask for a hairdryer both days. No milk for coffee in the fridge. Cleaning and room service trolleys in the hallway all the time. No help with bags. Shower hose was so twisted it wet the whole bathroom floor. The air conditioning didn’t work. There was always a long queue for reception which was annoying. It was all a bit of a shambles. I wouldn’t bother staying here again for the money it cost.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Rooms very modern, very clean, good shower. Breakfast - great choice/ good quality. Couldn’t be more central but soundproofing is excellent. Great choice!
