「Conveniently located and very comfortable hotel. We really liked the fact that the lobby area was very welcoming and everything was included. It was a great place to come back to after a day exploring the city. Extremely helpful staff and wonderful breakfasts - probably the most complete we've had in Europe.」

「The staff are very friendly. Housekeeping is a bit spotty. I would expect a small bottle of milk for my tea and Nespresso coffee, not some cheap creamer powder. And that was not replaced consistently. I had to leave note. And the hotel itself is not designed or updated to be handicapped friendly or accessible. Which in this day and age, and at this price point, is just not right. Still, and apart from the above notes, it is a nice hotel in a convenient location.」

Yeah, stairs are steep but I find it fun and good experience.」
