Staff were very nice and helpful. Key cards de-accessed several times during our stay. Able to use the Apple wallet function but noticed that you can only link one phone to each room door. It was a nice bonus to have the Highlander hotel access for snack and beverages. The room was smaller than expected based on posted pictures. Not sure if it was because we were in the basement/cellar but the room smelled musty/mildewy. Floors were dirty. Shower area definitely had mold/mildew. Despite the friendly staff, would not pick this hotel again.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Highland House. Having their sister Highlander Hotel just down the block was super convenient for wine and snacks and coffee. The Highland House location is very convenient to the train, many canals tours and many key sight seeing locations. Adnan, Concierge, was one of the most genuinely friendly people we met on our vacation. He was helpful with EVERYTHING - restaurant recommendations, directions and even the tourist traps to stay away from. We would gladly stay here again! The library is a great option for 3 adults!

The location is perfect. You're at the center of all the buzz but since the hotel is in a small alley, foot traffic is low. We loved the interior decor and the cleanliness of the property. It's modern and chic.
