"Unser Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung war okay.Die Ausstattung an Büchern, Spielen auch für Kinder, inklusive einer Toni-Box ist sehr gut.Die Küchen Ausstattung ist etwas speziell und etwas zusammen gewürfelt. Dessert Teller gab es keine. Und die Küchen Schränke mit dem Geschirr hängen so hoch an der Wand, daß eine Körpergröße von mindestens 170cm schon gut wäre.Das Schlafzimmer ist super ausgestattet. Gute Betten und Bettzeug."

"This hotel was clean and did the trick for a one night stay but unfortunately I wouldn't stay there again because of the location. It's located on an uphill walk, it's not accessible transit-wise, and the Uber/bolt isn't cheap in the area. It's not a long walk to find restaurants but it's an uphill trek and the food you'll find near the hotel is honestly pretty terrible and overpriced. Thankfully there was a small market beside it for drinks and snacks."

"This is a fantastic and luxurious hotel located not far from the city center. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach all of the sights in the city. The hotel was extremely nice, very clean, and had an amazing buffet breakfast! The indoor pool was also beautiful. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and kept very clean, too. I would absolutely stay here again."

"They are still renovating some areas of the hotel and I would strongly suggest that this needs to be finished asap. The grounds around the hotel and carpark look very much unkept and should be cleaned up, to give a much better impression for arriving guests. Staff is very helpful, the rooms are nice and clean. Location is great, very close to highway exit Moenchengladbach Nord and the downtown area can be reached on foot within 10 minutes walk."

"The room was clean. However, it was a very hot day and the air conditioning did not cool the room, even when left overnight. There were some strange features like a hugely oversized head board and a tiny television. One end of the room was painted black. Lots of attempts at style but felt that this is at the expense of the usefulness, like tiny side bedlamps which were only lit if the whole headboard was lit up too. Breakfast was mediocre. Shame as the staff were all lovely."

"My daughter and I needed a last minute stay. We lucked out and found this hotel with the economy room. Plenty of parking when we arrived. The place is amazing to look at and experience. The staff are great. Our room was really dated, but functional. The closet and the mattress need replacing. The beds are low to the ground. A fan was provided during the heat. Windows opened to the courtyard helped with fresh air, but the noise can last until 1 to 2 am if a function is going on. Bring earplugs. Shared bathrooms are split between men and women, but some men don't read signs. We had 2 toilets and 3 showers for women on our section. 2 out of 3 showers had soap. Breakfast is a simple buffet of warm and cold food. There can be a wait for coffee as there are only 2 machines. Breakfast staff are quick on filling and cleaning up the tables. Bar area is best to go to the bar order if there is minimal staff. Grounds are beautiful even though there is some construction going on. I would love to visit again, but maybe a different room type."
