It’s a good place but there was a serious issue with the cleanliness of the shower floor and our room didn’t get attended at all while we were there. Also, not opening the food court for breakfast until 11am is ridiculous. I don’t think we’ll stay here next time.

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa
Had issues when check in reservation was for king ,hotel room. We were asigned cabin out side hotel thats not what booked. So talked to front desk should my reservation, ended up double room. So not sure who was at fault.
