What a Great place!

Spring Break

My family and i really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and clean. The view of the river was very beautiful and relaxing. If i were to give the property 1 negative, it would be the coffee maker. There was 3 coffee makers on the property and none of them aloud for ground coffee. Not having coffee as a convenience, was a tad disappointing. We had to run out and grab coffee pods. That would be the main downside.

Home away from home
The property has all the convenience of being at home while still feeling like you are on vacation. It was a short, safe walk to the downtown area. Plenty of restaurants close by. We are a family of 4. We have a 9 year old and a 13 year old. We were able to go tubing, mini golf, gem mining and to the waterpark without having to get in our vehicle. Anna Ruby falls is just a short drive away. The checkin and checkout were both really easy. I would definitely recommend this property.

Paradise
The rental had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The proximity to the river could not be beat. Me and my children walked everywhere we went so my car didn’t move the whole weekend- tubing is just a short walk away. Everything was clean and as pictured in the listing. Staff was friendly.

Family time
Excellent, clean condo. Our favorite location we’ve stayed so far in Helen. Being right next to tubing yet being at the river where tubers are not was the best of both worlds. The kids really enjoyed the River each morning and at sunset playing in the rocks. With a crawling baby the cleanliness made our stay perfect! The porches were lovely. We will be back.

Nice Getaway
Very nice, clean, and comfortable home. Had all the necessities covered. Good location, close to downtown Helen, however we chose to drive and pay to park, as it was just a little to far for us to walk. Great view of the river from the two decks and was Very relaxing! Would definately go back on next trip to Helen.

Perfect location for a visit to Helen
This condo was a riverside dream. We spent many hours sitting on one of two balconies just enjoying the sound of the river flowing by. On several occasions, a flock of geese would come in for a water landing giving us hours of entertainment. The walk to downtown is quite easy and there is a lot to see along the way. The best feature of the location is that you have a quiet retreat from the downtown traffic and crowds. If I make a return trip to Helen, this will be the property I return to.

Just a walk away from everything
Perfect location in Helen. Can walk to all restaurants and attractions. River is in the backyard, Nice for picnic and kids to play in the water. Just off the main strip so it is quite and away from the weekend crowds. Will stay again.

Great stay
We had a great stay in Helen. We enjoyed the condo, town and hiking. We got snow while we were there and had fun with that as well. We will need to visit again as a lot of stores and restaurants were closed due to the weather.

Riverside Retreat
Relaxing setting with unobstructed river views off of each balcony. This 2 bedroom condo has everything you need for a serene get away. Very clean with 3 television sets. Internet that works well. 15 leisurely minute walk to down town Helen. The stairs to the second floor may be a challenge but it has railings on both sides. Both bedrooms with full baths are on the second floor with a half bath downstairs. Quick response when we had a question. We would definitely rent again.

Relaxing at Chattahoochee Breeze
This condo was so clean, nice and well equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful relaxing weekend. It is conveniently located to everything downtown. The river running behind the condo is an added bonus. Highly recommend this condo for your next trip to Helen, GA.

Great location on the river!
We stayed 7 days and would definitely stay again. Management was very responsive to our needs, place was as advertised, location was close to everything. Loved hearing the flowing river and being able to play in it right there! Grandkids loved it. For future renters, bring pool/beach towels for the river play, laundry detergent and K cups for the Keurig coffee maker.

A nice place to stay
This was a nice property. I liked that there were bikes but they didn’t work so there was some disappointment there as well as a strange bottle of liquid under the sink. But other that that the house was fun it was one of two condos we rented. Our kids had fun.

Great trip to Helen, great place to stay
The condo was very nice, modern and clean; and the location was beautiful - right on the river and right at the edge of town so it wasn't noisy. Of course, we visited after Octoberfest, which worked out perfectly for us. Also a great place to stay when visiting the wineries, waterfalls and other attractions in the surrounding areas. We really enjoyed our visit!
